Over the last 6 months he has been assisting our Instructors on various classes. A leader in name and more importantly in setting an example for our younger students in how he trains.

We recently attended the National Championships in Nottingham. This event brings together the best competitors from around the UK and Ireland. Overall our team performed exceptionally well, with some great results. One being our young Mens Kumite (sparring) consisting of Thomas (aged 18) Niall (aged 21) and Sarvesh (aged 17) fought hard all all day to be crowned this years BRITISH SENIOR MENS TEAM KUMITE CHAMPIONS!!!!
