Over the last 6 months he has been assisting our Instructors on various classes. Alfie is 14 years old and has been training with us since he was 7, so is more than qualified to pass his experiences on how to progress and take advantage of the opportunities available to our younger members

We recently attended the National Championships in Nottingham. This event brings together the best competitors from around the UK and Ireland. Overall our team performed exceptionally well, with some great results. One being our young Mens Kumite (sparring) consisting of Thomas (aged 18) Niall (aged 21) and Sarvesh (aged 17) fought hard all all day to be crowned this years BRITISH SENIOR MENS TEAM KUMITE CHAMPIONS!!!!
