                                             Nehshaal Shotokan Cup 25
In July we took our team to the Shotokan Cup, which is the KUGB’s National Individual Championships for Black and Brown Belts

As always we were proud of all of our members who competed with their usual grit and determination.

Few special mentions, firstly to Sensei Niall winning the Senior Men’s Kumite to go with his National Championship win earlier in the year.
Sensei Thomas and Olivia showing great resilience over the last couple of months to bounce back after their National Championship disappointment and taking the titles in their respective categories.
Congratulations to Aman on his outstanding Kata performance to win the Boys Black Belt Kata.
Nehshaal on becoming British Champion in his first Kumite competition.

It was also great to see our 12-13 year old members looking after and warming up our younger members prior to their finals. Showing what a close knit , supportive team we are!

Thank you to Stuart and Laura for their help coaching and generally being there for all the competitors.

Thank you to the families for their support for everyone!
