Shotokan has spread to become the most widely practised style of Karate throughout the world
Its structured training system creates self-discipline and improves behaviour in many aspects of peoples lives as well as developing fitness strength and suppleness
In the glorious Solihull sunshine our members and their families came together to celebrate their successes over the last 12 months.

We had a bbq, music and entertainment for everyone!

It was great to see the adults/parents socialising and the children playing, making new friends and memories.

Congratulations to all of award winners!
