Well we are back after a long, gruelling but very rewarding week in Spain for the 18th biennial World Shotokan Karate Association Championships.

The competition was fierce with the numbers of entries larger than they have been in recent years.

We had 4 members that were selected to represent England and ALL came away with medals.
